EXCELLENT RESPONSE TIME. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.  We had an emergency and called David’s Mechanical after 7pm on a Friday night and David picked up right away. He dropped what he was doing and headed right over and was at our home within 30 minutes. He quickly found a few different problems and walked us through what they were and how he was going to fix them. He didn’t mind us asking a million questions. He was happy to educate us. Not only did David come on a Sunday night, but he was incredibly thorough, detailed and truly cared about what he was doing. He took the time to educate me on how to take care of everything and make my furnace last longer and run more efficiently. Even though he was only called for one job, he saved me time and money by fixing other things unrelated to the job. It's hard to find this kind of work ethic anymore. David came out and fixed our broken AC - he was super professional and spent extra time to explain exactly what was going on to me. He thoroughly checked all the inside and outside components, and sourced the part we needed same day.
